The kitchen is open plan on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs. Living room with fireplace is on the middle level private area and service linking. The swimming pool separates the neat gardens and stone buildings of crude outside the site. The absence of walls that usually separate living room and large windows with spectacular views increase the feeling of transparency surrounding the house. Home “Ö” designed by Erginoglu & Calislar Architect to provide owners of a modern lifestyle but still the force area. It is situated in Bodrum, holiday district in Turkey. Outside looks like a house designed in the traditional side but everything in it in accordance with modern needs.

The house is made of different materials that surprising any other changes, including concrete blocks, dark wood and concrete pre-printed white. This has a rectangular shape and connects the front yard to the backyard. public areas such as living room, dining room and kitchen are located on the first flor while the three bedrooms are upstairs along with a terrace featuring vies for the port. Stevens Lawson, New Zealand architect, make a good contribution to the inner Auckland suburb of Herne Bay neighbors by creating this home. The house was for a single family and the main contribution to the street where it is located is a facade sculptures made of cast concrete.

The house includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen, dining and living area, an entrance hall, utility area, large storage space and residential units with accessories, full kitchen laundry bathroom, and closet. In the end, building site just 790 square meters with a construction cost of $ 167/sf and beautiful interior design modern. Pb Elemental Architecture is a company that designed the beautiful modern home with many limitations. First of all a very tight budget but the client’s family was large and still growing. This site is only 1,600 square meters despite Elemental Architecture managed to fit everything needed on it.
