It is located near Sao Paulo and a great place to stay when the family needs to escape from the bustle of the city. ?his spread over the three-level homes in three different zones, minimizing the impact of the sun and maximize the fantastic views of the Serra do Japi at once.
Villa Interior Design
The first volume features the housekeeper house, kitchen, service areas, steam bath, fitness room and four bedrooms. This house is one of the houses that make architects to be proud of their work. A structural deck 18m above the ground was used as an artificial basis. On top of this deck the whole building is made of metal. The house only has two floors and can be accessed from both because it stuck to the road. The house became a big vacation house for a family with two children who like to have guests. Although this site is really beautiful it’s not the easiest place for construction. The house is located in a picturesque area near Sao Paulo, Brazil. Designed to be a pavilion is only supported by five columns, the house has a bedroom, living room, dining room, and balcony overlooking the swimming pool overlooking the beautiful beach Guaruja.
House with Home Studio and Underground
Of course, all the space being hit in other places in the house. A basement wall was built between the two properties. The exterior of the home is one of the people who should be considered as natural interiors modern interior and comfortable place to stay. The house became such a great place to live as to work. This house is the family home renovated to make it bigger and put a working studio there. There is not enough space on the site for the basement which was added to accommodate the studio.
