Modern wooden house by Feldman Architecture
During the renovation, a new wing was added to the house. It contains a garage, bedroom suites and studio office space. Roof and upper floors in the middle of the house was cut to add more than natural light into the kitchen and living room. The window is made bigger to connect the house with the exterior. This lodge the 1860’s is one of the oldest house in San Francisc’s Bernal Heights and had been abandoned for years long before it was renovated Feldman Architecture. It was repaired, become larger and added a touch of modernism to it. Now, it is a modern house with rural charm of an old cottage that has everything you need to live comfortably. wood and rough stone mixed with clean glass and metal are very stylish yet comfortable.

The kitchen is open plan on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs. Living room with fireplace is on the middle level private area and service linking. The swimming pool separates the neat gardens and stone buildings of crude outside the site. The absence of walls that usually separate living room and large windows with spectacular views increase the feeling of transparency surrounding the house. Home “Ö” designed by Erginoglu & Calislar Architect to provide owners of a modern lifestyle but still the force area. It is situated in Bodrum, holiday district in Turkey. Outside looks like a house designed in the traditional side but everything in it in accordance with modern needs.

The first floor is closely related to open space and houses the kitchen, living room and foyer. private spaces such as bedrooms are located upstairs. The roof is not only a garden but also the views of 360 degrees. White color palette with light and dark wood in order to continue the beauty of nature into the interior. The house is largely dependent on natural light, with the side facing the sea made entirely of glass and ceiling spotlights small. Inside and outside the home has a simple form and simply furnished, but features such as a roof garden, open plan and the materials used in interior design makes it almost a luxury.
