Everywhere around the house different plants and trees can be found. Living in a place like living in a forest in the middle of town. Even the micro climate there is different from a regular house. This volume is fitted to a plot terrace with retaining wall 2-floor high in the back, which turned into a pebbly waterfall that opens to the sky. Below, a pool that collects rain water covering the living room. Located in Singapore, this house brings together concrete, glass, wood, steel and natural elements such as plants and trees. The hotel has rooms exchanged floating in a larger volume of space.

Marine concrete retaining walls are re-wrapped using long granite stone from the site to create a wall, continuous uninterrupted sea. Luxury homes not seen it, but everything luxury home must have: a screening theater, a spa area, guest accommodation, high room double staircase, living room, dining room and so forth. Private room is connected directly to the terrace with all the views. The house is located in Dalkey and bordered by sea and Dalkey Island. This house was designed with simple style but at sites with complex geometry. Simple door entrance designed to surprise visitors with dramatic views from the terrace on the other side of the house. It is protected against the sea by concrete and framed structure has a stone-tidal pool.

Frames are made of reinforced concrete with walls about 180mm-thick in order to create a soundproof environment.
